Athlete Academy ATHLETE ACADEMY basketball

Your organization develops players. Who develops the athletes?

Club basketball builds skill. Physical preparation is usually the gap nobody owns — and it decides who still has legs in the fourth quarter, in February.

What a partnership looks like

One standard of athletic development across your teams, instead of a dozen families solving it separately.

The framework: one standard, measured. Every athlete tested the same way, trained to the same principles, and reported on so you can see what changed. Not a guest speaker. A system your coaches can rely on.

How it works

1. Baseline the group

We measure every athlete — first step, vertical, landing quality, strength for stage. You get the picture for each team, not just individuals.

2. Train to the gaps

Programming built for your season, your calendar, and the ages in your organization. In person in the Triangle, online anywhere.

3. Re-measure and report

Progress is a number. You see what moved, by team and by athlete, and where the load risk sits before it becomes an injury list.

What coaches and families say

I came to Aaron to increase athleticism and power. He helped develop my functional movements as a professional basketball player — increasing my performance while decreasing my chance of serious injury on the court. He was a big proponent of ankle mobility, which was new for me and something I had not concentrated on before. I only wish I had found him earlier in my career.

My daughter wanted to physically prepare herself to compete at the DI level in basketball. She came away with real knowledge of strength and speed training, which she believed helped with injury prevention. Several people commented that she looked quicker on the court, and I noticed growth in her confidence. She believes her training with Aaron was a turning point in her development as an all-around athlete.

Questions parents ask

How small an organization is too small?

None. We work with single teams and with organizations running a dozen. The structure changes, the standard does not.

Do you replace what our coaches already do?

No. We handle physical preparation so your coaches can spend their time on basketball. The two run alongside each other.

Can this run entirely online?

Yes. Programming, testing protocols, video feedback and reporting all work remotely — that is how we support organizations outside the Triangle.

What does it cost?

It depends on roster size, how many teams are covered and whether sessions are in person or online. Bulk pricing is available. Send an enquiry and we will give you real numbers rather than a range that fits nobody.
